You do not need to be a contortionist to attend this class, it is open to anyone looking at making gains to their flexibility no matter what level you are at. This class has already proven to be successful with many of our students excelling their goals after attending regular weekly classes. Consistency is the key to flexibility.
The class will offer a mixture of gymnastic skills including handstands, walk overs, flips & tumbling also acro- balance/adagio. This is an open class & caters for both beginners & those more advanced wishing to progress onto more challenging skills.
