HOW IT WORKS

Adults + Teen Classes

Our Adult & Teen classes operate all year round & do not stop during school holiday periods, expect during the Christmas holidays where we close down from approx. mid December to mid January each year. 

Upon enrolling into your classes a commitment period of 10 weeks applies, once this period ends you can cancel at any time.

Payments are deducted on a continual basis either until classes end for the year or unless cancelled by you after your commitment period ends.

Need to take a break from classes during the year but don’t want to loose your spot? You can put your classes on ‘Holiday hold’! Each student gets four weeks holiday hold a year, where your class payments can be put on hold and your spot kept safe.

What happens when I miss a class? Make up classes are available for our Adult & Teen classes by  submitting a request via the student portal. Make up classes must be taken within two weeks of your missed class.

Kids Classes (juniors, little munchkins + circus beans)

Our Kids classes operate as per the NSW school terms and therefore classes stop during school holiday periods. Enrolments are automatically transferred to the next term, expect for term one where all students must enrol fresh at the start of each year. 

Cancellation can be made at the end of each term by emailing our office. 

We accept both Active and Creative Kids Vouchers. Please note that you can only use one voucher per term, per class. We ask that you please send your voucher to the office prior to the term commencement.

ANNUAL REGO

REGISTRATION FEE

An annual rego fee of $70 applies per student to cover student insurance costs.

A half yearly rate of $40 will be applied for anyone enrolling from the end of term two.

The rego fee will be included in the student portal cart upon your first enrolment. We offer a 10% family discount on rego fees for families with multiple students. To redeem this offer, please send us an email after you have enrolled and we can apply a credit to your account.

HOW TO PAY

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments are accepted by a direct debit system called Auto Pay” which is powered by Australian Standard Compliant Payment Gateway, ‘Payrix’. 

Upon enrolling you will be prompted to set up your direct debit payments by selecting your preferred billing schedule, options as follows:

-Weekly or Monthly for Adult & Teen Classes.

-Weekly or Termly for Kids classes.

A $0.33 transaction fee will apply to each transaction and a surcharge of 3.3% on Visa/Mastercard/Amex will apply on each transaction (please note this will display as tax” on your ledger due to our software settings).

HOW TO ENROL

STEP 1

Click below to Find A Class and select a class time using the filters.
Click the blue 'Enrol' button to go directly to the class booking page.

STEP 2

In iClass, follow the prompts to 'Select A Student' and Login or Create An Account.

STEP 3

Once you have selected a student to enrol, Click the yellow 'Enroll Now' button.
Enter your preferred payment options and click 'Add to Cart'.
Your first payment will be deducted once you complete the transaction & will include the annual registration fee. You will receive an email confirmation.

STEP 4

Confirm your details are correct and click 'Pay Now'.
That's it! You're all done.
